I absolutely adore CAVA in McLean. The food is scrumptious and I appreciate how fresh it is. I usually opt for one of their prepared meals – the Greek salad bowl and the Spicy Chicken and Avocado pita are personal favorites – but I also love the ability to customize your order. The wide variety of toppings and dressings is a major plus. The friendly staff is another reason I am a repeat customer. CAVA McLean is always spotless and the employees appear calm and collected. The food provides great value for its quality and quantity. I highly recommend CAVA for high quality food, quick service, cleanliness, and friendly staff. Vegetarian options are plentiful and kids are welcome.
Smallest portion sizes I have ever seen a restaurant have the balls to serve. The sizes used to be ok, but it has become pathetic. You are lucky if you even get a half scoop of protein. They even skimp you on the rice. Not to mention, if you choose to dine in, they use an even smaller bowl into which they put even less food. I didn’t want to have to write this review, but this has been a consistent problem over the past several times I have visited. I can’t speak for the portion sizes you might receive in the future, but I would strongly recommend saving your money and avoid paying $14 for an empty stomach like I did.
The staff at Cava McLean are extremely friendly and always happy making you feel good when you order here. The restaurant is always clean and the service is always top notch. Keyla, Katherine, and the rest of the cava crew are one of the best staffs I’ve ever been served from. They are truly the best and I’m always happy to come here with friends!

I absolutely adore the food at this restaurant, and the staff members are truly delightful, especially Kayla, Kat, and Calypso. They were incredibly kind and helpful while I placed my order. This establishment definitely deserves a 5-star rating, not just for the delicious food, but for the exceptional people who work there! Food: 5/5
So I walk in, I see the place and I’m curious. As I open the door this horrible here hits me but I head to order. While I’m ordering I see the employee sweating, I look around and the whole crew was too. The food was good but that environment with no AC is horrible.Food: 4/5
I love going to CAVA for a fast, nutritious, and delicious lunch. You can choose your own combination of rice, beans, greens, and protein (I always go for the falafels). Top it off with some sauce, and it's always a satisfying meal.
I went to Cava for lunch, and I had a wonderful experience! Calypso, Kayla, and Katherine provided super great service. They were so nice and welcoming and I will definitely come here again!

I came in on Tuesday after a workout and it was my first-time wanna something new. Walk in and got greeted by Maria who was helpful. And the food was great! Give my thanks to the cook!???
I go to CAVA almost every week and I love their service. Keyla and Caitlyn and the staff members are always ready to help and create the best experience. Great staff, great food!
