I want to express my sincere gratitude to Carlos for his truly friendly customer service. After he helped us with our payment for two drinks, my cousin realized she had left her jacket on the chair when we boarded the British Airways flight. Carlos answered the phone and immediately offered to bring her jacket to the plane's entrance without any hesitation. This thoughtful act clearly came from the heart, rather than being a result of training.

This is the best spot in Heathrow to grab a bite before catching a flight. They serve excellent drinks, and the flatbread is delicious. The mozzarella with caviar is particularly beautiful and a must-try!
