We called at 3 pm to place an order to pick up at 6 and we got there at 5:50 to pick it up and when my husband went in to pick it up they told him it would be a few more minutes and twenty minutes later my husband was still in the restaurant so I went in and asked the lady, Cassidy, what was going on because we had an event to be at at 630 and at this time it was 620 and she said that they gave our pizza to someone else and I asked her for a discount and she said no and then I asked her for her manager and she said that she wasn't there and I asked her for her manager's number and she didn't want to give it to me but finally did. I will be calling tomorrow.
I really want to like this place, but our experience didn't quite meet expectations. We ordered a decent amount of food, including a salad and pizza, which were fine. However, the cheese sticks were a disappointment—some were overcooked and exploded, while others were undercooked and inedible. My family also didn't enjoy the sandwiches. To top it off, the staff member who took our order was somewhat rude.
This location is incredibly disappointing. The customer service here is the worst I've ever encountered, both over the phone and in person—I'd give it a zero-star rating if I could. The only positive aspect is the name Cecil Whittaker’s on the building.
Very nasty manager/cashier. As I was leaving she appeared out of nowhere asking me to clean my table. I told her no, and she followed me out to my car writing down my license plate. She also complained about her employees the whole time I was eating.

Cashier more interested in the conversation with her Co worker.. first and last time here. Food was tolerable.. nothing exciting. Cheesebread no flavor and pizza lacking in flavor
I was not able to answer my phone and my order was cancelled. They even have my email address and charged me $5.00 just for using my credit card. They are sick A holes.
Worst restaurant ever rude staff under cooked food will not return I advise you to stay away from this place I don’t see how they’re still open
A great St. Louis style pizza! I highly recommend Cecil Whittaker's.
