Edit: We returned once more, and the bagels were still fantastic—some of the best I've ever tasted! To our surprise, they even treated us to a free meal. We had our nephews with us, and they thought one of them was too sweet to charge, so they gave us a complimentary meal! This time, the staff interaction was much better than before. The interior of the shop still feels a bit cramped, and I think they should keep the lights on all the time to create a more inviting atmosphere. Overall, I really enjoy this place and will definitely return!
