Unfortunately, the quality and taste of the food did not meet our previous experiences. While the Croquetas were large, they primarily consisted of bland filler, and the flavor of the main ingredient (ham) was missing. I specifically requested that the lettuce and tomatoes for the steak sandwiches be served on the side to prevent the bread from getting soggy, but those instructions were overlooked. So I used to eat from this place like 8 years ago or so and I found the food the most delicious in the area with great service. I moved out so I didn't eat from there again. Last week I visited someone who lives in west new York and I was excited to eatfrom Centro Latino again. I ordered delivery. I was so excited I ordered all my favorite dishes from 8 years back. They told me45mns for delivery, it came like 15mns late. Then one item was missing, I called and asked for a refund of the item. They saidyes. I'ts been a week and never got the refund. This is definitely my favorite restaurant! The food is absolutely delicious, and the price of each meal is a great value considering the quality and portion sizes. Their desserts are fantastic too! I even ordered desserts for 30 people for my graduation, and everyone kept asking where they came from. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the owner truly cares about the establishment. All of this creates a wonderful experience for everyone. Once you've tasted their food and enjoyed the cozy, homey atmosphere, I'm sure you'll want to come back again and again. Don't just take my word for it—go and try it for yourself! You won't be disappointed!
6/17 @7:30ish pm 8 tables tops with 4 waitresses Walked in and sat at the bar Not a single soul greeted my friend and I… 15-20 mins went by still not a hello… nothing I decided to call and place an order from the bar. In less than a min they took my order I watched as the lady took my order right in-front of me Don’t go here Update 30 minutes No hello/or bye. They didn’t even pick up the last person’s receipt or old drinks in front and to sides of us.

The food is really good, better than Centro Latino 2 in my opinion. They have a full bar with really inexpensive drinks and even a frozen margaritas machine. They can get busy causing slow service and communication can be challenging if you don't speak Spanish.
A couple of weeks ago went to eat,good food,great attention,but when I order a dessert it was rotten,no apologize from nobody and I have to tell them they hate to retire the other pieces,they should know when a product is past due
Everything was fantastic! The only downside was that every 10 minutes, there was a screaming baby. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was very festive.
