I tried many Pho Bo places and this is so far the worst. If you're a pho bo lover — please avoid them. You will be disappointed. First of all — meat is extremely dry, there is no flavor, besides that it's impossible to chew it — it's full of veins. Just look at this color — it never was cooked the right way for this dish. Secondly — they put different noodles there from what you would find in other places. It's a huge noodle which is more for udon then pho bo. Impossible to grab with a stick and tastes different. The broth is just water. I usually never put sauses in the broth that's how good other places cook it. That one was unsavable so even with the souces I just gave up paid and left. B...
