Furthermore, the staff did not clean the tables before it was time to cut the cake. We ended up requesting a garbage bag to dispose of the plates, just so we could make some space for the cake. To top it off, when it came time to serve the cake, they provided us with only 8 plates and forks for 21 guests.
The restaurant was clearly short-staffed and lacked essential kitchen supplies. This made our daughter's birthday feel like a complete nightmare for us as hosts. I can't help but wonder why they accept reservations weeks in advance if they can't properly handle an event. Just had a terrible experience with the manager at this location. She offered me a 5$ coupon to leave a review on google. For some reason google would not upload my review and she refused to honour the 5$ I was offered. It’s too bad, because without her poor managerial skills, My children and I would have had a far better experience without such a spur ending. Customer service and appreciation goes a big way to help keep customers returning.
The kids and I had a fantastic time! The staff were friendly and helpful, and the service for the incredible hot chocolates and coffee was prompt. It was much busier than usual because of March Break, but the team managed it well. We called the same day and they reserved a table for us, which was ready when we arrived. Overall, it was a highlight of our March Break!
My favorite Ceramics Cafe! Spacious, clean and peaceful environment with great parking and even better staff. We visit all the time and it is consistently great and always a nice activity.

We had a wonderful and enjoyable morning at this place. The sandwiches were delicious, and there are plenty of painting options to choose from. I highly recommend it!
