Cerrone's Brick Oven Pizzeria is a fantastic spot! As someone with family from Brooklyn, New York, I can confidently say the pizza is excellent—the sauce is flavorful, the cheese is fantastic, and the dough is just right. The mozzarella caprese was also top-notch. The staff was friendly, and the food came out quickly. It's an awesome place, nearly capturing that New York style pie experience. However, I did order a cannoli after writing this review, and unfortunately, it was quite hard, which is not how it should be. On the positive side, the ricotta cheese inside was pretty delicious. Overall, check out the menu – there's a lot to love!
I was craving brick oven pizza and discovered this spot in northern Columbus. We were greeted right away and noticed it was surprisingly empty around 6 pm. We were seated immediately and placed our order within minutes. During our meal, at least 25 takeout orders were picked up, and the place quickly filled up. The pizzas were excellent, service was fast, and you can even see the brick oven in the back! Their sauce is nothing short of magical—so delicious you could almost drink it. Highly recommend the Margherita with added bacon and pepperoni. You’re going to love it!
We decided to visit Cerrone's Brick Oven Pizzeria because my friend was craving some nostalgic New York-style pizza. We ordered the Supreme Pizza, and the bill for a square pizza and one drink came to $26.75, with the pizza alone costing $21. While it was decent for the Columbus area, it didn't come close to authentic New York pizza. We definitely overpaid. The pizza was large, but it lacked seasoning and the sauce was bland. I won’t be returning; I’d much rather go to Johnny's Pizza down the street.

Absolutely the best pizza in Columbus! I proudly admit that we ordered from here two days in a row. My husband, who was stationed in Italy, claims it tastes just as good as what he had there. The crust had the perfect amount of char, and the flavors were exceptional! You have to try this place—you won't be disappointed!

I know Leo, the owner, and he's a wonderful person. I decided to give Cerrones a try, and it definitely lives up to the expectations. It's a solid five stars all around!
