I was highly disappointed when I visited the restaurant last night and ended up dining elsewhere. Despite being fully vaccinated and showing proof on our iPhone wallet and Driver's license, the staff refused to accept it. They insisted on a PDF copy of our vaccination records, not recognizing the government-issued proof we provided. So, if you plan on dining at this restaurant, make sure to have a PDF copy on hand or else you won't be allowed to eat there. They do not accept QR codes with ID either. I stopped to try the baked bark soup. they are generous with noodles and comes with large pieces of very delicate bark, bokchoi, carrots and radishes. they come hungry and this bark shell is filled. the suppe is beautifully balanced sweet and hearty with spicy aromas of sternanis, zimt, nelken, fennel, ingwer. they can choose between tomato base or mala spicy suppen base. I've chosen dead. I have finished my suppe to the last drop.? it area is spacious, tables are spaced, comfortable cabins, clean, friendly service, online order system scan QR code. would recommend to give them an attempt to give them many drinks and escape options.?
The service was nonexistent and the staff were rude. They didn't inform us about the lunch special, didn't provide water or napkins. When we asked about the combo price, they blamed us for not seeing it on their mobile menu. To make matters worse, we brought children with us and there were no coloring or activities provided for them. They also seemed to give preferential treatment to other tables with children of similar age. Despite the decent food, we would not return.
I ordered the hokkaido militia and it was the most disgusting drink I ever had. it tasted like tee with 200% sugar. I apprehend the personal about the taste; I told them I had this drink before and never tasted it like that. the personal told me they wouldn't offer a refund or refund. they were extremely unfriendly and not helpful. the restaurant was also underoccupied so that we got practically zero service in this night. I'm not gonna eat here again.

I stopped by this restaurant for a late-night meal right before closing. I tried the Taiwanese popcorn chicken and the condensed milk brick toast. The popcorn chicken was delicious, especially when paired with the accompanying sauce. However, the condensed milk brick toast was a bit dry. I think it would have been better if they had sliced the toast deeper before pouring the condensed milk over it. Overall, it was an okay dining experience.
Water mixed with sugar, that’s how the drinks taste like. Even with the less sugar option. Worse quality I have ever had. Don’t order the drinks here ever. Tons of other options at this plaza, please don’t come here to save yourself time and frustration.
The mobile order menu is a bit confusing and not very user friendly.They do follow the protocol and check vaccine proof for dine in.Food quality is consistent.Severs seem to be a bit amateur but you can tell they have tried their best.

Popcorn chicken and shaved ice are really good, would prefer more veggies though. Also very kid-friendly with kid meals.
