The calamari was VERY good. We all would order it again. Chicken parm was just okay. We received a generous portion but it lacked basil and didn't have much flavour. The roasted veggies served with it were delicious. The Seafood Risotto was very tasty and offered a good variety of various seafood. The description on the menu said fresh tomatoes but there were none in it. It took a long time for our main course to come but it was very busy in the restaurant. Our server was very attentive and pleasant!
we sat in a nice quiet location in the back room where there was another group giving a fair distance. So we cost the private sphere. but after the other group was brought another and instead of sitting a few tables, as the back room was empty she put them right next to us and they were loud and roudy. Apart from that, eating and service was exceptional. beautiful location.
I had the Wednesday pasta special. The pasta dish was nothing special but given the price point and it being served with a glass of wine was an exceptional value. The Pavlova for dessert was a modern deconstructed version but had great taste and was truly enjoyable. I would definitely return for this on Wednesday’s.
