Cha Yes Bubble Tea

First off, the drinks are not even that good. That’s excusable but the quality has gone down a lot over the past few years. What’s not excusable is disrespectful employees who make you feel unwelcome. I asked the girl with black and pink hair if they have any drinks with espresso, and she replied “Obviously, it would be Vietnamese coffee though since this is a Vietnamese TEA cafe”. That wasn’t needed and a simple yes would suffice. When I ordered and tried to do Apple Pay, she proceeded to give me a QR code for cashapp! I had to correct her but this was the last straw from this store. I hope they do customer service training for future customers.

This place always makes the best drinks! The 18 year old gentleman working on Jan 22nd was so kind and funny and in great spirits for having to handle such a busy rush by himself! He got everyone’s drinks out quickly and was working so hard to ensure no one had to wait too long. I’ve come here for years and have always appreciated the kindness of the employees. Thanks Cha Yes for having the best employees and the best drinks!

I go here everyday and the boba is AMAZING!! The service is very good! They’re so kind and sweet : And the place is SOO comfy!!!
