Crispy Lemonglass Chicken is the best! Succulent, flavorful, Amazing. Ate all down to the bones Practically ate the bones even and I dont EVER eat skin much less chew on bones! Pad Thai and Pad See Ew are my favorites. Tried all proteins; prefer chicken, pork, squid, shrimp. Beef can be a bit chewy good flavor, just doesnt come out quite as well. Tofu is fantastic also: crisp outside, tender inside really great with either noodle dish. Egg rolls and Crab Lagoon are excellent. The Crab Langoon (aka Rangoon is especially lovely with tasty filling and the wrappers are delicate, almost flaky, not hard like most. (Both rolls and langoon are easy to crisp up next day in oven at 350 for ~10 minutes . Tom Kha and Tom Yum both are Delicious despite my ordering mild! This is the mark of an excellent chef as the soup is full of flavor. (A lesser chef can hide lack of complexity by cranking the heat. I could have this Tom Ka every night Note fresh Squid salad ordered mild is still spicy [Im overly sensitive] but worth the pain. Have sticky rice ready in hand to kill the burn! The squid is perfectly cooked, which is quite rare. Even Santa Cruz restaurants dont consistently get squid right like Chada.
