This was my second time trying a torta hogada, and this place really hit it out of the park! They offer three levels of spiciness. My husband couldn't finish the hottest option, but I went with the mild, which was just spicy enough for my taste and absolutely delicious. The waitstaff were attentive, friendly, and very helpful. One of the waitresses even warned us about the spice levels, which I really appreciated.
Today was my first time trying Chago ahogadas, and it was a fantastic experience. I had a carnitas torta ahogada and a potato taco with carnitas, and everything was delicious—just as good, if not better, than I remember from Guadalajara. I also had the chance to meet the owner, who was incredibly friendly and attentive to all the customers. I will definitely be returning!
The tacos dorados here are excellent! I really enjoyed the flavor, even though they had a slight sweetness to them. I ordered three tacos dorados with potatoes and carnitas on top. You can customize your order however you like, choosing between potatoes or beans.
I ordered a taco dorado with potato and carnitas, and it was probably the best taco dorado I've ever had! I also tried a torta ahogada with chicken, which was quite good. The horchata drink was decent. Overall, the customer service was satisfactory. Réservez une table maintenant
