Saturday lunch, not very busy but still a great experience in this authentic place in the middle of nowhere, surrounded by cows and pigs. Once you get in, it's warm, cozy (try to sit in kitchen) and staff is very welcoming. But wait till you...receive your Croute au fromage. Never had one like this before, offered in sizes, did the mistake to take medium royal after a cold plate as an appetizer. Medium is still big! On top of the slice of bread lay ham if wanted , a thick layer of cheese soufflé, excellent by the way and the royal egg! The souffle makes it lighter... If can be and original !
