We just stopped for a coffee/soft drink in this very nice place and the structure was pretty. One of us asked for a glass of water with his coffee and was told (once the order arrived) that there was no drinking water on tap so we received a glass of water. 20cl lukewarm water which cost us CHF 3.20 and which we hadn't even ordered... what a scam. Apparently, there was a problem with the fridge regarding the freshness of the water... Great astonishment when I went to the toilet and nowhere was it indicated that the water was not drinkable above the sinks. I confront a first waitress (perhaps the owner) who tells me that these are regulars who come and that they know it and that otherwise the...

The chalet is beautiful, but it lacks decoration, which is expected when speaking of an alpine chalet. Regarding the meal, I took chalet pasta, honestly disappointed, it reminded me more of carbonara pasta.. for me, chalet pasta is with macaroni and above all it does not look like carbonara. We took a 1/2 plate of cheese, and frankly it's not worth the price. For the cheese crust, the bread was dry, it lacked white wine, and the ham inside was really not good. There is a lack of staff unfortunately for them, we waited 30min before they came to ask us what we would like to drink we took the opportunity to order dinner at the same time. The staff is very kind and efficient on this October evening. On the other hand, I'm sorry to say it, but the fondue (24 francs all the same) is mediocre. Very little taste, with little consistency. However, it is not a difficult dish to make. I think the cheese used is not of good quality. It's a shame Réservez une table maintenant
Excessively long service indeed 1h30 of waiting with a service that leaves something to be desired and the dishes were not incredible given their price (small portion, little taste), I do not recommend !!
