This company is so unprofessional. I was going to apply at this job, i went there for some training and the way they make there tamales is really gross! There employees look like they don't love there job, their hair nets have holes in them, which is disgusting because there hair is all over the place. You can tell right away that they dont ask for a food handlers permit! If your reading this i would definitely not buy or order any tamales from this place! STAY AWAY!
This are kind of tamales, the filling taste is good acceptable, the masa not acceptable, that is not masa not acceptable, that thing call masa crumble like powder, no taste at all, very bland I make my own tamales and I bought this to taste it, I was craving for tamales and I only do tamales for Christmas. I ate one of this tamales and threw the rest away. If you looking for traditional tamales this is not it.
