The customer service at this restaurant is terrible. My family and I have spent a lot of money at this takeaway over the years. However, when they make a mistake, they refuse to admit it and instead resort to verbal abuse. The toppings on my pizza were incorrect, and when I called to address the issue, the person on the phone argued with me and insisted that I had ordered it that way. This is not true, as I have a food intolerance to one of the toppings. I have not returned to this restaurant and will not be going back. While everyone makes mistakes, this company refuses to take responsibility or make it right. I suggest avoiding this place.
Ordered take away meal for 3 cost £30.90 had pakora and 3 curries and pakora and Nan I have not been there for some time and will not be returning the chicken pakora was chewy and the batter was not tasty the Nan was the worst I have seen it was flat like a chapatti and tasted like cardboard the lamb madras was delicious as was the lamb curry but the garlic chicken curry tasted of I will try the new curry restaurant in bishopton it certainly can’t be any worse
20 pound minimum order is a joke for anybody self isolating that live alone and just want a pizza. Shocking! Used them for years and now I feel they are ripping people off during the pandemic because it was just 10 pounds in march. Won't be back. Bye

I have never had a disappointing meal at this restaurant. The food is consistently perfect, and the pakora is the best I've had anywhere. My partner ordered the spicy chicken pizza and also thoroughly enjoyed it.

Terrible food and terrible service, will not return. Had to throw away the food. They don't know how to speak to customers.

Jaz and his team are always friendly as well as professional. The pakora is the best ever and I've tried plenty.
