Charcoal - Réservation de table

Four of us dined at Charcoal. We've been wanting to try this local restaurant since it opened. It did not disappoint. We loved the location adjacent to the Graphite gallery, the building is airy, uncrowded and has a great vibe. The cocktails were top notch, the cheese platter was good but pretty standard, the cod dish was good as was the crab and butternut squash gnocchi, the stand out dish is the pan seared scallops with an amazing beet puree. Nice wine list. Hopefully we'll return soon to sample desserts.

Really nice semi casual restaurant. We dressed up for New Year’s, but others were more casual. Service was attentive and friendly. Brielle was great. No hurry, but well timed food service. Excellent cocktails. Manila clams and frites are delicious. Gnocchi and crab was good. Wagyu sirloin was cooked perfectly medium rare and the horseradish sauce was unexpected but added a nice kick. Will definitely be back.

We’ve been here so many times and every meal and cocktail has been delectable. The staff is wonderful, food is unbelievably good, and they tolerate our kids well. We are the 4pm family dinner crowd with a one and three year old. I always forget to take pictures but just trust me. It’s so delicious!!! A total standout not just in the Edmonds scene, but in the overall Puget Sound food scene.

Charcoal is one of my top choices for dining in Edmonds. The food is outstanding, the signature cocktails are consistently enjoyable, and the wine selection is exceptional. The location is unbeatable, just two blocks from the waterfront, and there's plenty of street parking available. Réservez une table maintenant

Excellent! So happy we tried Charcoal for my husband’s birthday. It was such a classy and tasteful restaurant with great staff. No complaints! Thank you for making the night special for him.

Amazing and friendly staff felt taken care of our entire dinner. Server was attentive and friendly. We shared apps and the bone in ribeye, flavors were amazing. 100% coming back
