I recently visited a milk tea shop and had a rather disappointing experience. My group ordered two boba milk teas and a donut, which should have been a simple order. However, we ended up waiting 20 minutes, which is unacceptable for something so straightforward. To make matters worse, seven groups that ordered after us received their food before we did. When we inquired about the delay, the staff informed us that they had misplaced our order label. I really enjoy the wide variety of teas! The taro balls have a wonderful texture; they're not too sweet and are just the right size. The waffle is absolutely delicious, with a nice crunch from the thin bits and a chewy, gooey texture from the bubbles. The chocolate flavor is subtle yet delightful.

love the nutella almond donuts. Staff is very friendly and the store is spacious and clean. They also have a ton of options for drinks and corndogs. If you come on a weekday there is usually not a line.
