I've wanted to check out Charred ever since they opened in Seaford. So far, in the last month, I've dined here twice. Both times, I was very happy with the food. The first time, I had the Chicken Parmigiana which came with Rigatoni. It was cooked perfectly and the sauce was really good. And the portion was really big. The second time, I had the Shrimp Oreganata. I've never had this dish before, but it sounded good so I decided to try it. It definitely was the right choice! The food was exceptional, and the staff were exceptionally friendly. I was delightfully surprised by how tasty everything was. The wings and pizza were cooked to perfection, and the money bags pasta might just become my new favorite dish. There’s a lot more on the menu that I’m excited to try. My only minor complaint is that we sat at the bar, which was showing a news channel solely focused on politics. While I don’t mind a TV at the bar, I would prefer it to be tuned to sports or something less intense. After all, we go out to eat to take a break from our daily routine.
The MVP pizza (seems this pizza combination is on the rise in popularity in newer pizzerias lately) was very good. The stronger slices were the vodka and margherita the pesto slices while also good were a bit top heavy/wet for those slices. It looked like a flatbread pizza in a rectangle shape. To split, it doesn't keep you very full but does keep you satisfied. Also had Bocconcini Plum tomatoes for appetizer which was very good. Service was okay. Would like to come back to try their other dishes.

Long Island pizza places often don't grasp that pizza is best served well done. However, Charred, a brick oven restaurant, truly understands this! Situated at the corner of Jackson Avenue and Merrick Road in Seaford, this establishment delivers perfectly crispy, well-done pies consistently. If you visit, be sure to ask for Taso; he’ll take excellent care of you! If you're looking to avoid undercooked pizza, head to Charred and experience pizza the authentic New York way—live life well done!
The food at this restaurant was truly outstanding. Every dish, from the appetizers to the dessert, was delicious. The service was adequate; the waitress was courteous, but she seemed to lack a bit of warmth. One of my pet peeves in dining out is when dirty plates are left on the table while the staff walks by without clearing them away.
The main drawback for me was the noise level, which made conversation challenging. Would I consider returning? Possibly, but I’m not in a rush to go back.
Drinks delicious! Food yummy, service great..friendly staff.. nice bar area..reasonably priced!Parking: You can park across the street in lot of bank when closed .. lots of spots on streets too
Wow did I really want to love this place. Fell a little short to me. Bar area is nice and table was nice but pizza was okay. Just okay, I have had better and had worse.
