Char's hotdogs have always been a staple meal for when I go down first Street. From when it was owned by char to now it is owned by the nicest of ladies. Their service is always genuine and smiling. The place is always super clean and accessible. I used to get hotdogs in the past and I have enjoyed them. But I mostly get cheeseburgers now. Their fries are crisp and salted perfectly. The burger is juicy and the cheese is melted just right. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a meal on first Street!
Absolutely the best burger in town! Kim, the owner, is a wonderful woman who truly takes pride in her cooking. Not only are the burgers fantastic, but the onion rings and chili fries are out of this world! There’s no other burger place where I’d rather spend my money or enjoy a meal. This is definitely a local favorite!

I always make sure to stop by this restaurant whenever I have the chance because it is very good. The chili tastes like it is homemade and my favorite dish is the ham and cheese with speck and garlic. Overall, the food is delicious and I love it.

A big shout out to Chars! I had the cheeseburger fries for lunch and it was my first time visiting. My meal was fantastic! If you haven't tried it yet, definitely give it a go. The service was excellent, and the place was very clean.
This restaurant is the perfect spot for those who enjoy Chicago style hotdogs and fries. It may not be fancy, but the hotdogs and hamburgers are delicious and they even deliver to the nearby pub.
Excellent food!! Everything is cooked fresh and will be served HOT!! We eat there regularly, and have NEVER had any issues.
