We went to Château Chapeau Cornu for a romantic weekend. Wellness area....catastrophic...tiny bathrobes, no jacuzzi, cold and wet hammam instead of hot and humid, sensory shower we had to wait 15 minutes while running the water so that it was barely near hot, lukewarm sauna on our arrival, herbal tea room with cold water which did not rise in temperature! I only wanted to leave but the clock doesn 't work either...the room has very good bedding the room is spacious...but filthy bathroom old tiles old taps old old floors sinks....the shower a tiny shower square in a 4m2 room where you don 't want to linger....in short we slept well after a 50 minute massage it must also be said that we we lov...
No hot water in the evening or in the morning!!! Ice cold water !!! We were just offered a hot shower in the morning (10:30 a.m. when we returned the room card to reception... No heating, stuck in air conditioning... It was very cold. No commercial gesture was offered to us!!! The room was beautiful but unfortunately the evening and the night were ruined... We ate in their gourmet restaurant, I wasn't won over... But tastes and colors cannot be discussed. The restaurant's maître d', on the other hand, was really great! And very well received at breakfast. We drove 1.5 hours to come and unfortunately we will not come back... Very disappointed for a 4 star castle...
We booked a Saturday evening with two truffle menus. Despite the friendly and warm service from the chef, this menu absolutely does not deserve €89. A gourmet dinner in the context of a rotisserie? Unacceptable! There was certainly truffle but not the finesse, aesthetics or research in the dishes that we expected for a so-called gastro menu. We do not linger on a wine list that is not at all adapted (or even non-existent) to the announced menu. We really do not recommend this evening. It was our first and last evening at the Chateau Chap Cornu.
J'ai passé un moment véritablement relaxant au SPA du château. Les praticiens, très joyeux, s'occupent de vous dès votre arrivée. J'ai fait une coloration semi-permanente et un soin du visage Kobido. Ce traitement est tout simplement SUPER ! Il repulpe la peau et détend tous les muscles du visage. C'est à vous d'essayer, vous ne le regretterez pas ! Service : 5 Lieu : 5

L'endroit est calme et le personnel est très accueillant. Nous avons passé une nuit dans une Smartbox avec un dîner au restaurant La Rôtisserie. Les chambres au-dessus du restaurant ont des salles de bains un peu anciennes, mais le lit et les chambres en duplex sont très bien. Le petit-déjeuner au château est très varié et copieux... Remonter les Chambres : 3
Superbe endroit et repas très bon. Le cadre est magnifique et relaxant. Je recommande. Deux formules sont proposées, l'une du côté gastronomique et l'autre du côté rôtisserie, les deux sont très bonnes mais les budgets sont très différents. Service : 5, Lieu : 5.
