Today, I walked in to place my order, but when I got home, I realized it was wrong—I asked for roasted milk tea but received regular milk tea instead. I don’t completely blame the kind gentleman who took my order; the loud music and the plexiglass barrier due to COVID make communication difficult. I should have double-checked to ensure he understood my order correctly.

The main reason I felt compelled to write this review is the loud music in the store. I've tried to ignore it in the past, but it's starting to become bothersome. I’m not sure if it’s just me, as I do have some sensory sensitivities. I usually come here hoping for a cozy spot to work or read by myself for an hour while I wait, but the noise is quite distracting. I could choose to go somewhere else, but everything else about this place has been good, so I hope this feedback might be helpful.
I can't understand how they consistently mess up my order. I visit infrequently, hoping that each time will be different, but they still get it wrong. It's baffling how poor the service is at this location. They were great when they first opened, and the staff seemed capable. It's truly disappointing. To make matters worse, the cashier tried to upsell me after messing up my order! That's really poor customer service.
So sad to see Kimberly go, she told me it was her last shift last night. She is honestly the epitome of great customer service; my visually impaired brother told me she translated the entire menu into braille for him and now she's the only one who learnedsign language to communicate with me!. I ordered 5 drinks through the mobile app and added 1 more at the counter. I informed the staff member that I was there to pick up my 5 drinks. If the store was out of trays, I would have appreciated being told, as I could have purchased a bag. I came in alone, and it was challenging to manage carrying six drinks without any tray or bag.
Quick and convenient. The self-service kiosk allows you to browse the menu at your own pace and place your order effortlessly. The atmosphere is quite casual, and our drinks were just right. There's a wide range of options available, so it might take some time to try everything on the menu.
The photo of the Honey Green Tea is misleading because it made us think it was Honey Green Milk Tea. We even mentioned in our instructions that we wanted it to be milk tea, but we only received the regular tea version.
I drove all the way from home to get a slush, only to find out that the only thing they had left was milk tea. If you're open until 11, you should have everything available until that time.

The drinks were well-crafted and enjoyable, even though there was a minor spill. Overall, it was a satisfactory experience.
I typically like this drink, but the tapioca was hard on the inside and not properly cooked. It was quite disappointing.
