Checkers - Réservation de table

I have eaten at this checkers tons of times over the past couple of years. I don’t recall one single time that I just didn’t like the food or got something that was unappetizing. So there’s only one reason I knocked off a star bringing them to a four instead of a five. Tonight I ordered checkers wings for the first time ever. As somebody that is exclusively a flats person, I was extremely heartbroken and disappointed when I opened up my 10 piece wings and saw that every single piece was a drumstick. Zero flats ? I am clear that this is not my country and I am trying to adapt to their customs and especially their language but it seems disrespectful to me that they yell at me and treat me in a bad way for not understanding their language. I think that lack of tolerance is not the right one to work in a customer service place. The food is very good but we will not return to that place

Most unimpressive meal I've ever had in my life, food was lacking flavor, delivered cold, buns weren't fresh, the milkshake looked like it was half filled with water. They couldn't even make the fries slightly appetizing, extremely soggy and tasting like fryer grease.

This is place is super slow and disgusting. Their workers move like it hurts and are rude. Never coming back to this place save yourself the trip. Réservez une table maintenant

Food was fresh and tasted great... But cashier wasn't listening to my order, was giving a coke instead of Mr pibb...
