This I'm sure was an isolated issue. Usually great ice cream, however this day my dog and I stopped. When given to my pup she didn't even take a full lick of hers. When I started to eat mine I found out why SOUR !!!! THEY started to say we were wrong until someone else tasted it. I know they have had a staffing issue for a longtime. However this was not acceptable.

Drive thru is slow at late hours. Needs more people working to speed up drive thru. But if you are making deliveries for door dash they are good about get you your order if you know where to pick them up from. You dont have to wait in line. Or they have a line just for the orders.

DONT COME HERE ON YOUR LUNCH BREAK. It always takes 25 minutes to get through the drive through at least. These employees are SLOWWWW. They have no customer service skills. Not friendly at all. It's like they're aggravated just to take an order....

Their a fast food place. Not sure but I am betting that the have all hamburgers pre-made. Their not terrible, just dry. Fries were hot and tasty. All in all,it was a nice change from McDonald's. Try it once, betting you will feel the same.

I just tried the pommes and they were very good. I got a big and thought it was a little small.i told them and they were so nice and gave me more! it is no healthy option rally, but they have sweet potatoes, so that was also beautiful.
