I ordered what I came for, but unfortunately, I didn’t receive what I expected. I asked for two spicy chicken sandwiches, but I received two Checker burgers instead. I also ordered a 10-piece boneless wing, which was great. The fries were fresh and delicious as well. The staff member who assisted me seemed a bit distracted, as my order was incorrect even after I clearly requested the two spicy chickens and expressed how much I enjoy them. The restaurant was quite bustling during my visit. I've been here several times and recognized the same gentleman, who I believe is the manager. I can't quite explain it, but the Big Buford consistently tastes fantastic. The kitchen staff is quick and professional, which is not something you typically find in restaurants, especially fast food ones. Definitely a top-notch experience!
