From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted by a friendly and welcoming staff. The team at Papa Romano's went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my dining experience was top-notch. They were attentive, courteous, and genuinely passionate about providing excellent customer service.Once I placed my order, the service remained consistently outstanding. The staff ensured that my needs were met promptly and efficiently. Not to mention the food was amazing. We placed a huge order and they didn’t miss a single item.Highly recommend!

I have never encountered such terrible customer service at this restaurant. The last few times I visited, they told me they had closed for the evening, even though their posted opening and closing times were not followed. This location seems to operate based on when the staff feel like shutting down, rather than adhering to their advertised hours. Despite living nearby, I have no intention of spending any more money at this establishment.

great food with great customer service. i usually order a large cheese and slowly became a usual customer here. i ended up meeting the owner, Mike, and he is a great guy. super down to earth and we have a quick chat time to time. would recommend this place for all sorts of events. food is hot and always hits the spot. best place for pizza in Bloomfield.
