I've visited this restaurant around five times in the past year. Unfortunately, on three occasions, the person at the register was quite rude. He always seems irritated, rolling his eyes and speaking in a condescending tone. If he's so unhappy in his job, he should consider finding a new one. I suppose I’m the fool for returning. However, the cheesesteaks are quite good!
I gave this place one star because I couldn't give none. The server felt completely robotic—if he had blinked, I might have run out the door. The prices are already high, and there are signs everywhere asking for tips. I wasn't given any napkins, and when I opened my sandwich, it was soggy and spilled all over my lap. I definitely won't be returning.
I spent a lot of time in Philadelphia and had some really good cheesesteaks. This place is really good. Maybe a small notch below the best but the best cheese steak I can find in California. The curly fries are good too. I always get the cheese steakhoagie with lettuce tomato onions and hot peppers.

Overall, the restaurant is typically great, but during this visit, they forgot to add paprika to the sandwich. It wasn't a major issue, though.
Usually, the experience is always great, but this time they forgot the peppers on the sandwich, which really changed its flavor. It's a shame.
