Cheese Steak Shop - Réservation de table

I decided to give this restaurant a second chance because during the initial stages of the pandemic, I had walked out when I witnessed an employee handling money and preparing food without changing gloves. However, on my recent visit, the female worker changed her gloves and provided excellent service. I shared my previous experience with her and she apologized, assuring me that they always change gloves. I'm happy I returned because the food was delicious.

I went to the Cheese Steak Shop in Suisun, CA and received a sandwich smaller than my Comcast remote control. The sandwich was filled with sweet peppers and very little chicken. These sandwiches use to be loaded with meat and peppers. On a 100 degree day, the air condition was not working and several customers complained to the manager but she provided no explanation. I will not be coming back here.

Good food and quality service. Quick and efficient.. parking sometimes is hard to find, that has nothing to do with the restaurant... if you go here the King of Philly is the only way to go! Cheese steak was great.. good bread. A lot of good steak... very tasty. The steak fries were quality potato but had no flavor.. maybe they forgot to season them. It's 100 plus outside today and there is no working AC in the restaurant. Would have been nice for staff to let me know before I placed my order to dine in. So hot got nauseated and had to pack up food to go ASAP!

Meat was dry and there was no seasoning on meat or the bread, fries were pretty good tho! Staff was great but I wasn’t impressed by the sandwich sad to say. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

Recently, when I ordered from this restaurant, I noticed that either they reduced their portion size or they simply forgot to make it their usual larger size.
