I used to work at this restaurant, and unfortunately, I had a negative experience. The owners show favoritism towards their family members who work there, and are biased in their treatment of other employees. The food is overpriced and the fries are not appetizing. The kitchen staff do not wear gloves and touch the food with bare hands. The cleanliness of the bathroom is also a concern. Some employees are unfairly targeted and fired by certain individuals who are part of the family business. The work environment is toxic and unwelcoming. Was in the mood for a good burger and my daughter recommended we try this place out. A lot of burgers to choose from…. The only issue I had was there were no combos, you have to buy everything separate except one, a cheeseburger meal.I went with the mushroom Swiss burger…it was good…they have all the sauces you can think of on top of toppings, however, they need to add aioli and it would make it TOP NOTCH! The burger was cooked perfectly, I just wish they had a sauce I could’ve added to bring the burger to another level. My daughter had the bacon cheeseburger and she LOVED it! I don't normally review Francises, but this was my first visit. I suspect that this is a better restaurant than I experienced. I was impressed with the home fries and the toppings bar. The problem is I came when it wasn't busy (mid afternoon) and I took it to go. The fries were good. The burger, not so much. It had no flavor and once I added lettuce and tomato, I couldn't taste the cheese. I did like I got two patties. I bet if I had eaten it immediately it would have tasted better. I would have liked to have ice cream, but I knew it would melt if I was not eating in the restaurant.
This place is amazing! Yes the food is unhealthy but if you are looking for a business lunch place this is fantastic. Really really good portions, you can put on your own toppings, many different burgers to choose from, great value. 8 different sauces, their honey mustard is as good as McDonald's. They also have an assortment of fry seasonings. The person working the counter was very polite.

Today my husband and I decided to try something we have never had before and Cheeseburger Bobby’s did not disappoint. It was fresh and the toppings bar is a very innovative new idea. They have a variety of sauces to put on your burger. The Bobby house sauce is the best to me. We were able to get 2 combos and drinks all for $22. I’m looking forward to next time and trying the custard.
We had a curbside pickup order .. Absolutely horrible. We tried to call to let them know we were there and phones straight to voicemail. Food sucked, burnt onion rings, fries literally tasted like they microwaved them. Burger wasn’t so bad but wasn’t great either . Food was cold the moment I got back to my truck. The only good thing are those black to go cups.
It was good and great service. I was expecting a big homemade hamburger patie and large homemade onion rings. The place was clean and great service. Still better than fast chain hamburgers. This is such a neat place to eat. The burgers have a great flavor and you pick all of your own toppings from the bar. They have any kind of sauce and seasoned salt you could want. Love the decor the welcoming atmosphere. The employees were very friendly too!

Staff was super friendly, speed of service was very slow, paid almost $30 and both orders of fries looked like they were the bottom of the fryer. Overall, not super impressive with experience.
