Cordonbleu vom Kalb kann aus verschiedener Fleischqualität hergestellt werden ;-) eine Stufe besser und es könnte ein Hit daraus werden. Der Käse ist super - kein billiger Scheiblettenkäse - Pommes sind heute eine Gratwanderung zwischen matschig und vertrocknet auch darauf würde ich ein Augenmerk haben - sie waren diesmal gut! Das Gemüse schmeckt besser wenn es einzeln (nicht im Steamer) zubereitet wird. Aber: Sie sehen uns wieder. Der Service war freundlich und aufmerksam.

super fine kitchen! very nice presentation on the tellers. cooked with regional raw materials, all top fresh. excellent products to buy for home, everything according to own recipe and made by adrian and his team. will be back soon.

Schweizer Küche schnell und heiss serviert. Leider ein bisschen fad gewürzt dafür frisches Gemüse und frische Beilagen. Dessert sind zu empfehlen.
