The staff seems to be hurrying us out, and they aren’t as friendly as they used to be. I'm seriously contemplating whether or not to come back. When it came time to pay, I insisted on seeing my receipt first, and the manager asked the front desk guy to remember us for next time. Excuse me? On top of that, I noticed that the all-you-can-eat price had risen to $44 per person, which I found to be quite high. I typically tip around 20%, but since the 15% gratuity was already included, that was the end of it. I understand that restaurants are dealing with various challenges right now, but the overall experience left me feeling taken advantage of. Additionally, they implement a last call an hour before closing, which they strictly enforced, yet we noticed that multiple tables were seated after the last call. As for the food itself, it was just average—Hanami is definitely a better option. The rolls were decent, but the sauces for some rolls and fried items were underwhelming. I had higher expectations for this place, thinking it would be a premium sushi bar. Overall, I was left disappointed.

My first impression of the restaurant was that it's an incredibly cool place. However, I did notice that some of the staff were a bit short and seemed somewhat rude. The food was outstanding, and I would definitely return to sample more dishes. I just wish the staff were a bit more professional and would avoid complaining in their own language when my five-year-old didn't finish her noodles.
