This place makes the best hamburgers anywhere - period!!. Making a hamburger is not rocket science, but so few places seem to know how to make a really good hamburger, and some are just **** (e.g. McD). Chews make superb burgers - fresh bun, great mince meat burger, fresh lettuce and tomato - and a decent handful. And that is just the cheap plain burgers. They have a dozen upmarket options, and all very reasonable in cost. An exceptionally good take away cafe with a great range of other food options all well presented. Great job guys and girls, keep up the great work. I will be back soon.
When you open a bag from a popular fast food restaurant and your burger looks nothing like the photo on the wall, it's a terrible feeling. But at Chews on Hughes, it's a different story. The burgers here are huge, with fresh buns, flavorful beef patties, crisp lettuce, and juicy tomatoes. Not only is it a great value for takeout, but the service is excellent and there are plenty of options to choose from. This is where burger lovers come for lunch, and that speaks volumes about the quality of the food.
Julie and her team really know their stuff, they are always friendly and fast! The food is always fresh and tasty I particularly love the convenience of the freshly packed salads and meals. I don’t hesitate to recommend Chews to anyone best in...the bay!
This restaurant always has a great variety of takeout options from a diverse menu. The hamburgers are to die for and my personal favorite. The portion sizes are large, the prices are reasonable, and the food is excellent.

Great Burgers, lovely staff & owners ! Always busy, but still awesome food quickly. So many choices - anything from burgers, fish & chips, fresh salads, sushi, pasta and much more. Will be back.

Good fresh cooked food and value for money. A busy shop, but quick service. Real old fashioned hamburgers etc, nice chippies, sandwiches and good coffee.
