It's not the first time I've come to Ginette's; the food is excellent, nothing to complain about. We order takeout one evening, the order is ready at the scheduled time when I go to pick it up, I leave a generous tip. Once home I realize that one of the dishes is not at all what I had ordered (the order receipt proves this . I call the establishment no less than 5 times to inform them of their error, no one answers. So I return to Ginette's which is far from being just next door for me. They make the dish again for me, without comment.
