I also had excellent salmon sashimi, the fish had just the right amount of rich, creamy fat and was perfectly cut. The fish is of the utmost freshness and the chef makes the dishes on request, which means having to wait a little while for your meal, but it's well worth it. My usual lunch costs around CHF50 (assorted sashimi and a couple of sushi, or...just a variety of sushi with salmon roe, sea urchin, scallop, sea bream, avocado and crab, fat tuna, and salmon). They do sell prepackaged sushi sets as well, and I've taken some home on occasion. J'y suis deja allez plusieur fois et la nourriture etait toujours excellent et le poison etait tres frais .Les menus sont variée et propose un large choix de nourriture japonaise .Quand j etais venu pour la premiere fois je pensais qu'il n y aurai que des sushis mais j ai été étonnament surpris de leurs large choix de plat. Exelent restaurant take-away je vous le conseil .Petit Bémol le resaurant est plutot petit et ne peut acceuillire qu'une dizaine de personne et aussi que pour un restaurant japonnais il y pas mal d'aliments asiatique en vente (style petit marché).
Right at the station it is a convenient stop on the way back to the hotel. The pictures are what you get when your order arrives; the Chirashi set seems a good value. It's best to avoid the window seats that all seem to get sun in the afternoon.

Mon compagnon et moi-même avons l habitude d'aller Chez Lin car ce sont les meilleurs sushis que nous avons trouvé dans la région. La gérante est très sympathique et l accueil est à chaque fois parfait ! Endroit à recommander!
I and my friends order the same sushi pieces, but the restaurant made the pieces different. One of my friends I brought to the restaurant was even Japanese and said he had never seen it in Japan....
Our family took the train to Les Roches de Naye and coveted Asian food. We took some crates from Sushi and it was good! Rice was fresh and the lady told us that the sushi was fresh every morning.

From the outside the place looks pretty nice but the food is average and expensive for what you get. I've had better Japanese food.
