Chez Max Julen - Réservation de table

Meine Lebensgefährtin und ich verbrachten unsere Flitterwochen in Zermatt und wählten dieses Restaurant mit einer hohen Bewertung auf Google Maps. Ich habe Bewertungen gesehen, die besagten, dass Armins Team sehr freundlich ist. Wir trafen jedoch auf einen ungeduldigen Kellner (beide im zweiten Stock , der uns ignorierte, weil er zu faul war, die Details auf der Speisekarte zu erklären. Wir wollten für eine Weile weg, aber warum? Wenn Sie keine Asiaten willkommen heißen oder keine asiatischen Geschäfte machen, können Sie es einfach sagen. Schließlich kam jemand vorbei, um die Stimmung aufzulockern, aber definitiv nicht die Einstellung, die ein qualifizierter Kellner bieten sollte :

we had a great dinner at chez max julen. the steak was the best that my son had ever praised from my son. the sea bass and the sweet were delicious and the risotto was some of the best. the service was excellent....The apfelstrudel was the perfect way to finish the meal. of our six tellers there was nothing left. they have even fed us some seconds. the steak was cooked on an open fire. the experience was just as good as eating. highly recommended.

I can't praise this restaurant enough. We sat right by the fire where all the food was cooking, which was a little hot but interesting to watch. There was a daily special of deer that came with a warm gravy that was some of the best meat I've had in my life. It was so tender and flavorful, and the sides were great too. The service was great and the chef even came around to check on us. If I am ever back in Zermatt I will definitely go back.

Gorgeous views, great service, good food. So lovely to our puppy, even brought her a water bowl. Super dog friendly! We had beef carpaccio, veal and fillet mains all around delicious! Thank you for a wonderful early dinner definitely recommend. Staff were awesome and incredibly friendly. Réservez une table maintenant

amazing eating, ambiente and service. we had made both fish and meat dishes perfection. serve one of the few restaurants in the world with a second. everything is prepared in the main dining room in wood stove. that is not a restaurant, it is an institution

The food was delicious and the staff's hospitality was also good. Lamb meat is especially recommended. I enjoyed it without smell. I think reservations are essential because it is crowded. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Great outdoor dining by a creek, Recommend the sausage or pork chop lunch. Fantastic wait staff.
