I don't trust many of the reviews on this site. Some seem to be written by disgruntled parents. Public restrooms are only a minute away. If you don't like them, complain to the council instead of expecting a nearby business to provide facilities for you. If you're not dining at a table and paying more, why should you use the restroom? I suggest having your child use the public restroom instead. Some entitled parents with large strollers seem to believe the world revolves around their children. Well, it doesn't. The staff today were friendly and likable. The coffee was piping hot and there was a nice selection of pastries with various fillings. The cappuccino was good, the milk wasn't burnt,...
Terrible coffee and terrible service. I was most surprised at being allowed to order a hot drink and sit outside, only for them to immediately close and lock the cafe doors (would I have been allowed to use the toilet? and start packing up the outdoor tables and chairs. There was no warning of this and it was 90 minutes before their Google-advertised closing time. I would have liked to sit and enjoy my coffee (had it been drinkable looking at the view but instead I felt most unwelcome and driven away. Spend your money elsewhere.
I found this café to be spacious with a variety of menu options to choose from. The hot chocolate I ordered was delicious, although it took some time to cool down. The young man assisting me was very helpful and provided great service. Overall, a pleasant dining experience.
the young man who served me was very attractive and very nice to me. he served all very fast, but still with a positive attitude towards all customers. the blades he gave us were enormous for the price that was much more effective than polyllis

Having moved to Devon 2+ years ago we return to Broadstairs regularly visiting family always enjoy a coffee in Chiappinis once or twice during our trip. This trip saw new Management a beautiful array of pastries! Highly recommended
Brighten up our rainy day with some delicious cakes and coffee from this lovely bakery. The happy and friendly staff definitely made our visit a memorable one. We highly recommend this place.
beautiful Italian ice salon with outside seats with views of the beach. large selection of ice cream flavor and delicate small pastries. the pistazie was excellent. would recommend.
this caffe seems to attract a local quantity as well as tourist. beautiful view of the sea and high quality coffee as well as ice and snacks.

A bit expensive but really nice food and friendly service. A good place to visit for a treat or special occasion.
