I have never experienced such poor quality food before. Additionally, the staff member at the restaurant served other customers before me, even though I arrived first. I was completely dissatisfied with both the food quality and service.

I ordered a cheesecake and it arrived frozen with a significant amount of freezer burn. I was very disappointed with my experience.
