Chick-fil-a - Réserver une table

We love Chick-Fil-A but our experience at this particular location was sub-par. We always like to order a lettuce wrap sandwich and these guys don 't know how to do that. They just put the sandwich stuff in a bowl on top of a couple pieces of lettuce. I went back to ask why it wasn 't wrapped as the name lettuce wrap would suggest it should be and this lady just told us we have to wrap it ourselves with the lettuce on the bottom. Not impressed already. Then we discovered our fries were cold and unsalted. And our powerade was very watered down (even before the ice had a chance to melt at all). They also did not send us with any napkins. These guys just need to improve in a few areas.

I don 't like leaving bad reviews but this one earned it. I travel for a living and usually enjoy exploring new things but chik-fil-a is like ole reliable when I 'm in a hurry or just burnt out. Except this one... I thought maybe it was just a bad day until I saw other reviews. My sandwich was overcooked and dry, the nuggets were cold, and the fries were soggy. This is the dirtiest, slowest, and most unfriendly chik-fil-a I 've ever been to. They didn 't even deliver your food, just put it on the counter and yell your name. Seems like they need a corporate intervention or something. Pics aren 't great but there was just stuff everywhere and the bathrooms were filthy.

My daughter begged me to go here so we went thru the drive thru. Was impressed that there where 2 drive thru s and an employee at each one. Pulled up while it was my turn. The woman took our order after asked if paying cash or card. Pulled up and they confirmed order and gave it. Brought home was good.

Best chicken sandwich from what?s considered a fast-food joint, hands down. Always consistent and high quality no matter the location. Go in, sit down, and enjoy ? you won?t regret it. Fight me if you think otherwise.

I like the chicken sandwich always delicious and moist. The waffle fries were good a little too much salt. Overall it was a good brunch.
