I am extremely frustrated with this restaurant and would never order from them again. Sadly, my wife loves the chicken Cobb salad, but there’s always an issue with the dressings. We usually use Uber Eats to avoid the long drive-thru lines, and she particularly likes the light balsamic dressing. I used to visit this Chick-fil-A for lunch every week, but my experiences have become increasingly disappointing. The service varies greatly; some employees are friendly while others seem indifferent. About half the time, my order is missing items like utensils or condiments, and I often don’t realize it until I’ve left. Last week was particularly bad—I received food that was not up to standard. Waiting 20 minutes every time i order from here is an embarrassment. I lost 20 mins of my break and i only get 10 mins to walk back to the store and eat. And the sorry I got from that wonderful overly pressured worker didn?t mitigate anything. I just left with my food quietly. I already ordered ahead. I once ordered 5 mins ahead and said i was here. Walked there and waited 10 more mins. Its not worth it if you work in the mall and only get a 30 min break. Its only this location I?ve experienced long wait times. But if you?re willing to wait a while this is the location for you. Their food is still good.
The food was great so A+ to the kitchen staff, our cashier Emily on the other hand makes me not even want to come back. She was quite rude and very unwelcoming which Is an experience I 've never had at any chick fil a I 've ever gone to over the past years. Waited over 10 minutes to actually get my food only to get a chicken sandwich that wasn’t fully cooked. I went back and told them that I bit into chicken that was not cooked and they did absolutely nothing. Terrible customer service at this location, will not be coming back for sure!
This Chick-fil-A location at Tyrone Square in St. Petersburg is a well managed Chick-fil-A that is a great stop when you are hungry while shopping. The staff here is very helpful and makes sure that everything is well prepared. Good experience every time I have been here.
I waited over 10 minutes for my food, only to receive a chicken sandwich that was undercooked. When I went back to inform them, the staff was completely unhelpful. The customer service was terrible, and at this point, I won’t be returning!
This is GPS error; I was in a mall food court. I purchased my meal from the restaurant beside Chik-fil-A. I don't patronize businesses that actively campaign to limit the rights of marginalized communities, in this case LGBTQ.
