So I ate at Chick-fil-A today for dinner today in Madison. To start off my meal was free because the app crashed and I got a free cookie. My meal was delicious. Went to my Jeep and it would not start. This was at 7pm. I went in to see if someone could jump my Jeep. One of the managers came out brought the Chick-fil-A van to help me. We let it charge for a while and nothing happened. It was 8pm at that time the owner came out. He and the Manager were not sure what to do. The owner offered to take me to Walmart to get new battery. Chick-fil-A never ceases to impress me, especially this one.This Chick-fil-A here in Madison is the GOLDEN STANDARD of fast food and what Chick-fil-A should strive to be.Food: Food is always hot, fresh, and ready for the belly, I cannot express how amazing this food is every time I go here. There are a lot of fast food places out there to get some chicken. But there are none that are as friendly and courteous as Chick Fil A. We mentioned that it was my son 's birthday and the manager made sure that he got a cookie; made his day. This is a new store and is a refreshing change from the surly fast food places where the employees hardly look at you, grunt 'no problem ' when you thank them, and seem to care nothing for you. At Chick Fil A you get friendly service and the best chicken around.
Nice location but there's room for improvement on order confirmation like asking of name not the always order; the reason being that one could have the same order like someone else. Tonight, a short kept asking about the order I placed but still couldn't pull it out after saying it twice and I initially offered to say my name. Finally, she pulled it up after I said my name; she just made it weird. Either she didn't know she was doing or she just doesnt hear that well; it looks like the former.

that was our first time we stopped somewhere for eating in madison and I tell them, shirley made our experience amazing. they gave us the best recommendations and made a big talk, while there was also a quick and easy transaction. she also mentioned that it was slower in the morning and she had spent time cleaning (we love a clean load.) we will definitely see shirley again.
If you are in the fast food business and want to see an example of a business and it 's employees that ' do it the right way ', stop in here. The food is as good as any other Chick-fil-a I 've ever eaten at before, however the employees here are awesome! Great place to sit down in clean booths/tables and enjoy a good meal.
I usually enjoy going to Chick Fil A restaurants and the food here was good. I mean really good, however the parking lot and to get in and out of this restaurant was awful. This was a VERY busy location. 3 car drive up inside/outside packed. Limited parking. Had to wait for a spot. Food was made relatively fast and of course fresh since there were so many customers. Bathrooms clean.

I went through the drive thru on a Tuesday morning and my sandwich was free. That was awesome.
