I was in the Oakley, Ohio Target when we evacuated for an active shooter situation and I, and many others, took shelter over three hours in the Oakley Chick-fil-A across the street. Considering this all went down from 12:45 to 4pm, during a busy time, the staff and management at Chick-fil-A were terrific. They were extremely concerned for our welfare and safety during this time. They continually checked on each and every one of those involved and offered us drinks and sandwiches. Their staff went above and beyond and I can’t say enough about them. Wow! Today, my car broke down at the drive-thru. Two young men came out right away to help push my car out of the way. Once I parked, they handed me my food, but when I tried to pay, they told me not to worry about it. Thankfully, after about five minutes, my car started again! I’ll be taking it to the shop tomorrow, but I’m really grateful for the kindness and assistance I received, as well as the complimentary meal. Your service is consistently excellent nationwide, and I had a firsthand experience that truly highlights the company's commitment and the quality of its employees. I visited Chick-fil-A, which was quite busy, as I had anticipated. I ordered a Kale Crunch Salad and chicken nuggets with sauces. When I reached the drive-through window, I asked if everything was in the bags, and they assured me it was. However, when I checked at the stop sign, I found that none of the sauces or add-ons were included. The parking lot was chaotic, making it hard to find a place to park and walk inside, and the drive-thru line was disorganized as well. This isn’t the first time I've experienced issues here, but it’s the first time they missed so many items from my order—five in total.
Update: I haven’t been here in 5 months and something great has happened here! I got my order taken by Imani she was upbeat and very polite! The food was fresh and good, which is the usual for this location but the customer service was SO much better! Giving 3 more stars to this location, thanks Imani for making this a overall great Chick-fil-A experience! Granted, I got there at 10:30, they called on the radio asked if they had any biscuits. They said they ran out. How do you run out in 2 minutes? Go to Newport, Oakleys food is better but they’re not.

The food is always fresh and delicious, it's Chick Fil A, after all. The carry out is extremely fast and efficient. It's unfortunate that the industry is facing staffing shortages and they need to close at 8, but I'm glad they chose reduced hours rather than compromising on quality. The parking lot is small but line really does move fast. Highly recommended!
This place serves some of the best chicken! Everything was hot, fresh, and served quickly. Even though the drive-thru line was long, it reminded me of my days working in fast food. The spicy chicken deluxe was amazing, and the peppermint milkshake was spot on. I would give it a perfect 10/10!
They accurately prepared every item I ordered, which is quite rare. Thank you for the delicious food and excellent DoorDash service. Other places often don’t care as much. From now on, we’ll definitely be ordering from Chick-fil-A in Oakley. A perfect 5 stars!
Always excellent! I tried the Cobb salad for the first time, and the ranch and honey mustard dressings were fantastic choices.
