Chick-fil-A is hands down the best fast food restaurant in the world. They excel in both their delicious food and exceptional customer service. Their chicken sandwiches are out of this world, especially when paired with their waffle fries and Chick-fil-A sauce. I highly recommend trying the spicy chicken sandwich with American cheese, a large order of fries with cheese sauce, and a large sweet tea. And don't forget to treat yourself to a peach shake! The service is so efficient that you could get through a drive-thru line snaking around the block quicker than at McDonald's. I give Chick-fil-A a rating of 4.9 stars.
Unfortunately, this is the worst Chick-fil-A in which I was. It's 3:00 a.m. on Saturday afternoon and I'm dragging the trailer. The only place I could park was unacceptable for them. Even if we run in and out for a fast burger. You said I can't park in front of the garbage can, why will they get garbage service at 3:00 on Saturday afternoon? No, they just want to be picky and they didn't want the patience to serve me a few minutes while I left the car with a trailer out. This is not very customer-friendly.
After our soccer training, we decided to try out this restaurant even though it was a bit further than our usual spot. The service and food are definitely worth the extra distance. We only started coming here recently because the Sunset Hills location changed their hours, but we have been impressed every time. We usually arrive around 9:20 pm and always receive great service. The staff is friendly and efficient, and most importantly, they always get our order right.
I called to see if there were nuts on a salad. I spoke with a very nice young man who told me there were almonds in a packet on the side. A few minutes later he Called Me Back! to tell me he forgot about the walnuts in the granola on the side. I have a walnut allergy so it means so much to me that he made sure I got the correct information. I always have great service at this location but this takes the cake! Réservez une table maintenant
Fastest delivery system I have ever seen. All the workers there are polite and welcoming, of all the times I've been there there hasn't been a single time I have encountered an employee who is less than enthusiastic about their job. Their drive-thru system makes fast work of any lines, it is seriously better than anything they do out in the County. Excellent food, service, and time management.
We come to this restaurant after football training, it is something out of our way, but the service and the food is worth the inconvenience. We recently started coming to this place as the Sunset Hills site changed its hours. We usually get there at 9:20 and had a good service every time. The staff is nice and polite, especially they get the order right.
