Chick-fil-a - Réserver une table

I gave two stars to eat that I had finally received. I said no less than 4 people I wanted naked chicken. I explained I didn't want to brot because my wife had a gluten intolerance. order 3, a regular and 2 naked. all three with brot. I only found out when I came to my destination. I came back to the car and went to the service manager. he explained in detail how the non-next offers had. So I asked them have no grilled chicken pieces that they can eat without bread. oh yes. without apologies, the manager exchanged the order. while he smiled, he told me that mistakes were happening. there was no excuse, apology, care for the mistake and the whole worsening. when you work all day, huh? you should know the handle naked or at least ask what I mean. not only nod and push me through so that you can go the next person in the line. will not be back. many other annoyed places.

changed my rating from 5 to 1 due to the extremely bad service I received today. was the only one in the line and was completely ignored by the cash, never greeted me, was too busy talking to someone else. was considered by someone who appeared as management, but then he ignored me too. will never return to the muscle shoals store.

I ordered 2 salads one was wrong completely and wrong sauce when I called to get the order fixed they couldn't help me cause they couldn't find an order I placed 20 min prior. Not to mention the fries(I got for my 5 year old son who is in the hospital were cold and hard. Worst service in the shoals

If everyone would just order on the mobile app, the drive thru would go by so much faster, and you would get rewards. Totally worth it.

the dinning area is still closed, so we had to use the drive thru. it was a moment, but it was still okay that our eating was hot.
