"usually I love Chick-fil-A and their service but I just bought lunch from them for my sick mother and they were rushing too fast to provide us with our order that they failed to realize that the quality of said ~4 chicken strips~ was below reasonable quantity and below the Chick-fil-A standard."

I love Chick Fil A and I've always had the best customer experience with every interaction but, unfortunately the Royal Palm Beach/Wellington branch experience was not up to normal standards. When we were given the wrong order, the drive through window asked us to go back in a 30 minute line to order our food again. Normally at other branches, the window will ask for you to park and they will bring your proper order to your driver window. After I explained my experience to the window on my second lap, the food packer at the window threw my food along the counter in frustration. Seeing their frustration, I explained that I would place in this review tonight and that the order was for my 9 and 5 year old kids. After hearing that, another team member apologized. I felt like transaction to this branch instead of a customer. :

Haven’t been here in a while, came twice In the last week. First time was done in and the place was dirty. Not just topically, but smelled a deep. Been dirty a long time kind of stench. This time, hit the drive through for breakfast. Was always fast. No matter how long the line was. Not this time…really really slow. Not sure if your systems have changed, not sure if management or ownership has changed, not sure if the type of employees you hire have changed but overall, both times recently visited were not the type of CFA experience you’ve built you’d brand on. Very disappointing.

Can I just tell you how much I love Chick-fil-A? I am wearing a Spider-Man outfit on my way to comicon and a woman T-bones me. However, I debated calling the cops because I just placed my Chick-fil-A order. It was tough to decide on waiting for the police or picking up my food. When I finally arrived at the restaurant to grab my meal, the Chick-fil-A team was so caring to remake our entire order and it was absolutely perfect. Thank you to such a great organization.

My nuggets came out A little too well done, I told the employee that I was walking by, but he didn't hesitate and replaced my 12 pieces in minutes. Great service, everyone here. Every pleasant, Kylie and Landon very very nice, and so polite, we love coming in here 4 times a months beautiful people and food, we love sitting down enjoying our food.
