I am quite disappointed with this restaurant location due to their consistent practice of serving half-empty containers of fries. No matter the size I order, I always receive only half of what I’m supposed to get. I’ve never encountered this issue at other branches, so I’m unsure if it’s a management problem or just a case of unmotivated staff. Either way, it’s unacceptable. If budget cuts are the reason for this, they should consider raising prices instead of shortchanging customers. The attached picture illustrates my point, taken directly from the bag.
I am not giving this restaurant a 5-star rating just because it's easy; I truly mean it. I had an absolutely amazing experience from the person who took my order to the person who served my table. Jesse at the counter and the Chief checked in with us and made sure everything was taken care of. The customer service was exceptional, they really went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The food was delicious, especially the chicken which lived up to all the hype. This was my first time at Chick-fil-A, and I will definitely be returning. Thank you!
I really enjoy Chick-fil-A, but I've noticed some changes recently. The food is always delicious and fresh. I ordered a large mac and cheese to share with my kids and requested an extra small bowl or even a cup, but the woman at the counter refused my request. Fortunately, an elderly man at the window gave me a cup, which I appreciated. There have been other similar incidents. I understand these things might not seem significant, but when you're out with your children and trying to manage portions, it can be frustrating.
I went out for lunch today and realized when I got back to the office that my meal was missing fries. I called the restaurant to inform them, and they kindly offered to deliver the fries to my office. I only mentioned that I own a business and would appreciate being informed if my employees made a mistake, but they went above and beyond to ensure I received the missing fries. It wasn't the best day, but their thoughtful gesture was a lovely surprise. Thank you! I would definitely give them a positive rating.

Always a great experience at Chick-fil-A! Staff are happy and friendly, and the food is delicious and fresh. We had some special requests in our order and were addressed without any problems. The only challenging part of the experience in this particular place is the entry/output. It is always packed (long lines can even bind traffic on the main road) and there is no one outside to orchestrate the flow of cars. I was in other places that added this feature to help with traffic jams
I am always reminded by my first bite of a Chick-Fil-A sandwich why they simply are the best! Great food, and friendly staffers that wait on you! The owner of this franchise is extremely lucky to have his patron Ambassador named Chief! This gentlemanbrings a lot of pleasantries with his interaction with the guests! As a small business owner, I know how difficult it is to findpeople like him, and also be able to keep him employed with your business. Thanks for giving us great food!
The restaurant staff were friendly and attentive. I ordered four chicken fingers, and three of them were generously filled with meat. I didn't bother trying the fourth one because it looked similar. The fries are usually delicious, but they were a bit cold this time. Despite the minor issue with the temperature of the food, I was pleased with the service from the staff.
Each time I go to this restaurant, the fries are consistently cold and stale. They are hard and not fresh, even for my child's meal. This location really needs to make some improvements. I would rate it 0 stars if that were an option.

The food was delicious and consistent. The servers were friendly, helpful, and attentive. The venue was clean, including the bathrooms. However, the air conditioning was excessively cold.
Manager was dope she filled my order for 2 chicken mini trays 20 pc each and was super awesome to talk to will definitely be back for sure. great customer service!
