the outside of this chick-fil-a is beautiful, but it is the worst kept, worst managed chick-fil-a that I have been in one. the restaurant was not crowded when we left. there were 5 employees who pick up orders, but not one person in a cash register. it took 5 minutes until someone came to the register to take our order and then arrive 15 minutes for our order. the bathroom were dirty with müll over the floor. looks like the baby change table had never been cleaned. no toilet paper or soap, that's because the employees are supposed to wash their hands before they return to work! this place needs some great attention

for Chick-fil-A standards this was a disappointing experience. it is really the only mediocre experience I ever had in a Chick-fil-A. the restaurant was very clean, the back area looked unorganized, eating was not very hot, the waiting time was much longer than it should have been for the amount of people and the service was friendly as I used it. this was the first time that in this restaurant was eaten in 5 points and I will probably remember going to another in the future.
