Chick-fil-a - Réservation de table

I eat here 3-4 times a week and today was the worst experience I’ve ever had.I use my mobile app to order my food, get the food and it’s cold. I circle back and ask for fresh food and I sit there for at least 15 min as they serve 10-12 cars. Finally I get out of the car to go inside and I’m meet with the tenders. At this point my fries are cold as well and that took another 3-4 minutes. It wasn’t so much that they made a mistake it was the lack of service once it was reported. The short young lady with the long ponytail treated me as if I was being ridiculous.I’m assuming they keep the pre-cooked food in a warmer. Fresh food only upon request after lunch rush?? This was the WORST experience i have ever had. I ordered a mac and cheese with my meal, she claimed she didn’t hear me nor charge me for it when i clearly said it. But that’s fine. THEN i had a grilled nugget on the order, she gave me the fry and drink for the meal but not the nuggets. She then tried to say she didn’t hear me say grilled nuggets when i was ordering. If you didn’t hear me why did i get a drink and fries for it? She was rude and a manager. This place sucks and I won’t be back. The customer service was awful. She put no ice in any of my drinks either.

Real busy, the girl taking my order was short and rude the whole time I spoke to her and not helpful at all. The girl on the register at the window was very nice so we had to ask her if she took our order and she said no it's the other girl behind her. We also had to check out our dressings and have them corrected. Food was good, we got southwestern chicken salads, the car behind us didn't like the delay, would be good to have a pull-off area.

I have been very disappointed with the Chick-fil-A locations in Montgomery, Alabama lately. The quality of their food has been subpar in the last few months. On my most recent visit, my fries were cold and soggy, and even my chicken strips were warm but soggy as well. I will make sure to take photos next time. Réservez une table maintenant

I had to return to the restaurant because they forgot my order. I expected them to offer something for the inconvenience, but they didn't give me anything other than the food I had ordered. The service was not up to the usual standard I am used to at Chick-fil-A. I left feeling very disappointed.

Was passing thru here and was hungry. Got in line and before I knew it I was ordering. Rolled as round to the window and was greeted by a nice worker. They took my money and they gave me chicken. Only thing they didn't give me was a straw for that ridiculously sweet tea.

This restaurant is a gem. The owners truly understand how to create a welcoming atmosphere, and they have a team of very satisfied employees who work diligently to ensure that guests leave happy. The food is exactly what you would hope for.

Breakfast at the Chick was pretty dang awesome. 2 chicken biscuits combos and a b.e.c. English muffin to try. The service was excellent, everyone was in a good mood, smiling and laughing! Réservez une table maintenant

I love the use of the app because at the arrival in the restaurant, my order is ready and waiting and we can go through the drive thru. Besides, my eating is always hot and right.

Lowest quality chick dip a I have ever seen. They have obviously hired a McDonald’s manager.
