6/10/22’ 4:47pmjust left this chick fil a, i have never in my life had as bad of service as i did today. the experience was awful the workers were disrespectful and simply are incapable of doing a good job. word of advice, stop hiring people who just wanna get paid and start hiring people who actually care about their job becuase not a single soul in this place cares. do better. extremely disappointed. got my order wrong not once but TWICE and it after paying twice and still not having all my food i decided to just leave. will never be back
This Chick-fil-A has an express section for mobile orders that could have been quite convenient. However, when we entered from the back of the property, there were no signs indicating the location of the express store. As a result, we ended up in the regular drive-thru, which took over 30 minutes. If you're heading there for a mobile order, I recommend staying on the main roads to locate the entrance to the express lane. Aside from that, the food was great; they just need to improve their signage and directions.
I always look forward to visiting the Ostchase Chick-fil-A. It's typically quite busy, but they consistently manage to serve customers in a reasonable amount of time. The staff is mainly made up of young people; I've noticed they can get tired during busy hours, but they remain polite and always remember to keep the experience enjoyable for me. By the way, the food is always served hot and fresh!
Great food but the express lane unfortunately is not express by any stretch. I have used this line about 10 times now, and it would’ve been faster just to go through the regular line every single time. There’s always someone stuck at the front for 10 plus minutes, and no one behind them can exit. Extremely frustrating. Nice employees as always though! Réservez une table maintenant
Wow... got my food 4 minutes after entering the parking lot!!!Unfortunately, this location has challenging vehicle traffic flow to negotiate since the lot is small. Took me 8 minutes to finally get out of the parking lot? lol!!!Not complaining; they do a great job given the challenge of their location.First world problems...
It was super packed around 1 pm but my wife went inside and it was not bad. She only grabbed a meal for our daughter which was grilled nuggets with fries and lemonade. I believe it took her about 8 minutes. Which was somewhat impressive considering how much traffic the restaurant had.
Chick-fil-A is a perpetual favorite of ours. The staff is friendly and the food is just good! We arrived and ordered just before a bus load of teenagers arrived, and the staff didn’t get bogged down at all. They took the rush with grace and ease. Well done, Chick-fil-A staff!
very helpful, beautiful, fast no waiting in the line inside. I got our food fast and it was fabulous. very clean business? 10stars sure everyone must watch them and see what the word team work mean s? . then the others would put open and happy customer’s and employees have?
