I just spoke the owner, Clyde, I think. I'm sorry, I should have written it down. He was super-professional and apologized for what happened. He also offered me a full refund and a gift card. He knew I was a loyal customer and reacted with great appreciation and willingness to fix the problem. As a supervisor, I can appreciate that. What is how it is handled? How he could handle it was up and beyond! Very remarkable! Pizza ordered. Have ordered from here many times. Pizza?s were boiled and sloppy. Toppings did not correspond to the description from the menu. Slices were terrible, not even sizes. Paid for a paprika pizza and asked for half cheese. But the rest of the peperoni was clearly not...
